做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
