做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
