做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
