做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
