做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
