做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
