做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
