做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
