做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
