做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
