做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
