做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
