做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
