做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
