做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
