做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
