做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
