做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
