做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
