做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
