做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
