做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
