做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
