做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。 -
