做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
