做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
