做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
