做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
