做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
