做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
