做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
