做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
