做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
