做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
