做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
