做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
