做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
