做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
