做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
