做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
