做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
