做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
