做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
