做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
