做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
