做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
