做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
