做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
