做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
