做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
